1、CNNICDomainNameDisputeResolutionPolicyArticle1.ThisPolicyisformulatedinaccordancewithrelevantChineselaws,administrativeregulationsandpolicies,aswellastheprovisionsofthe"ChinaInternetDomainNamesRegulations",inordertoresolvethedomainnamedisputesontheInternet.Article2.This
2、Policyisappliedtoresolvethedisputesstemmingfromregistrationoruseofthe.CNdomainnamesandChinesedomainnames,whicharesubjecttothemanagementoftheChinaInternetNetworkInformationCentre("CNNIC").Article3.TheDomainnamedisputesshallberesolvedwiththeDisputeResolutionServiceProvide
3、rsrecognizedbyCNNIC.TheDisputeResolutionServiceProvidersshall,inaccordancewiththisPolicyandtheRulesforCNNICDomainNameDisputeResolutionPolicy,formulatethesupplementalrulesofdisputeresolutionprocedureandPanellistappointment.Article4.TheDisputeResolutionServiceProviderssha
4、llimplementasystemwherebyPanelsofexpertsareresponsiblefortheresolutionofdisputes.ThePanelsarecomposedofoneorthreePanelists,whohaveexpertiseoncomputernetworksandlaws,possessahighsenseofprofessionalethicsandarecapableofrenderingindependentandunbiasedDecisionsindomainnamed
5、isputes.TheListofthePanelistsshallbepublishedonlinebytheDisputeResolutionServiceProviders,andtheComplainantsandtheRespondentsmayselectthePaneliststherefrom.Article5.Anyinstitutionorpersonwhoconsidersthataregistereddomainnameconflictswiththelegitimaterightsorinterestsoft
6、hatinstitutionorpersonmayfileaComplaintwithanyoftheDisputeResolutionServiceProviders.UpontheacceptanceoftheComplaint,DisputeResolutionServiceProvidersshallformaPanelinaccordancewiththeproceduralrules.ThePanelshall,inaccordancewiththisPolicy,therelevantproceduralrules,an
7、dtheprincipleofindependence,impartialityandconvenience,renderaDecisiontothedisputewithin14daysfromthedateoftheappointmentofthePanel.Article6.ThelanguageofthedomainnamedisputeresolutionproceedingshallbeChinese,unlessotherwiseagreedbythepartiesordeterminedbythePanel.Artic
