1、青岛理工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸摘要金石大厦是一栋写字楼,地处山东省淄博市。其地下一层,地上十六层,地下一层为车库和设备层,一至十六层全为办公室。本次设计要结合该建筑物的综合性特点,为其设计出合适的中央空调系统。地下一层层高4.9m,地上一层4.5m,二层到十五层层高为3.7m,十六层层高为3.9m,建筑物总高度约为60.5m。该综合楼占地面积为10168.6m2,建筑面积约为31759.78m2。根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点,分析比较了各种空调方式,确定该建筑物空调系统为风机盘管加独立新风系统和全空气系统。主要设计内容
2、包括:空调冷热负荷的计算;送风量和新风量的确定;空调系统的划分;空调方式的选择;空调末端处理设备的选型;冷热源的选择;风系统的设计与计算;风管系统的设计;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定;水系统的设计与水力计算;冷热源的确定;管道的保温设计,防排烟的设计;消声防振设计等。本文所设计的中央空调系统既能满足热舒适性要求,又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要。关键词:金石大厦,空调系统,风机盘管-新风系统,全空气系统,新风量青岛理工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸ABSTRACTStone buildingis anofficebuildin
