1、国家电网公司办公厅2010年8月4日印发《国家电网公司基建安全管理规定》国家电网基建〔2010〕1020号第一章总则第一条为贯彻“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针，落实国家有关安全生产的法律、法规和标准，适应国家电网公司（以下简称公司）大建设管理体系、基建管理标准化体系建设的要求，规范公司系统基建安全管理工作，保证建设工程的安全和从业人员的安全健康，制定本规定。第二条本规定明确了基建安全管理目标、职责和工作内容,规定了基建安全管理的基本要求、管理关系和基本原则，是公司基建安全管理工作必须执行的基础性、原则性制度。第三条公司基建工作
