1、摘要我设计的是华晟荣煤矿。年产量1.2Mt/a.井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,无断层,地质构造简单.煤层倾角为2—4,平均厚度4米。我设计的章节有8章:1.矿区概述及地质特征2.矿井储量、设计生产能力及服务年限3.井田开拓4.准备方式-盘区式准备方式5.采煤方法6.井下运输7.矿井提升8.矿井通风与安全9.设计矿井基本技术经济指标。矿井采用盘区式准备方式,工作面设计长度190m,采煤方法为综合机械化放顶煤开采。矿井年工作日340d,昼夜净提升时间为16h。矿井采用“三八制”工作制度,二班生产,一班检修,生产班每班完成2个采煤循环。矿井煤炭采
2、用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。设计采用综采工艺,走向长壁采煤法,用全部垮落法处理采空区。工作面采用国内外先进采煤设备,以达到工作面高产高效。并对矿井运输、提升、排水和通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算,以及对矿井的安全技术提出措施,完成整个矿井的初步设计。关键词:开拓布置;采煤方法;提升运输;通风Summary MydesignisabouttheHuaShengRongCoalMine.Theoccurrencesofcoalseamintheinternalminingisverysteadyandt
