2、gofChongqingUniversity,Chongqing,China.October2007©2007(年)张道平摘要钢管混凝土拱桥是我国近年来桥梁建筑发展的新技术,具有自重轻、强度大、抗变形能力强的优点。它较好地综合满足了修建桥梁所需求的用料省、安装重量轻、施工简便、承重能力大的诸多要求,是大跨度拱桥的一种比较理想的结构形式。钢管混凝土作为一种新型的组合材料,由于其力学性能非常适合拱式结构,所以在桥梁工程领域得到广泛应用和迅猛发展。本文依托钢管混凝土拱桥实际工程,主要研究大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥的施工技术与施工控制理论,主要内容如下:与施工单位一起开发了一套适合特大跨、超高、
3、超重的缆索吊装系统,完善了特大跨无支架缆索吊装系统,使特大跨拱桥采用无支架缆索吊装施工成为可行。施工过程中多参数控制实时监测系统,采用大跨度的缆索吊机吊运拱肋梁段,斜拉扣挂体系扣定拱肋梁段并调整几何精度,成功地将钢管拱肋高精度合龙成拱,保证了钢管混凝土的整体性和稳定性,有效控制施工过程中拱轴线几何精度。随着我国交通建设的大发展,在江河、深沟谷上修建大跨度拱桥、吊桥会越来越多,需用大跨缆索吊机系统安装构件的项目会越来越多,具有较好的应用前景。关键词:钢管混凝土拱桥,缆索吊装系统,无支架施工,施工监控IABSTRACTInourcountry,concrete-filledsteeltu
