1、中文摘要中文摘要液力变矩器在轿车、载货汽车和工程车辆上得到日益广泛的应用,它可以使车辆起步平稳,减少传动冲击,但是液力变矩器开始闭锁直至闭锁完成的过程中,泵轮和涡轮的转速与转矩的变化,以及发动机一定惯性能量的释放,将以转矩扰动的形式传递给传动系,并带来闭锁冲击。因此如何更为合理的选取液力变矩器闭锁点,为改善闭锁品质提出合理化建议的研究成为一热点。本课题的主要研究内容是用传统的方法确定XXX推土机所使用的液力变矩器的闭锁点,然后对液力变矩器闭锁点进行优化设计,优化设计的过程中综合考虑了闭锁前后发动机转速突降造成的惯性能量的释放,以及闭锁前后变矩器输入、输出转矩的变化
