1、对中国夫妻共同财产范围的社会性别分析——兼论家务劳动的价值民法论文摘要：自1950年《婚姻法》颁布以来，历经50余年，婚后所得共同制一直为我国的法定夫妻财产制度，在实践中也为绝大多数夫妻所使用[1]。学术界的通说认为，婚后所得共同制符合《婚姻法》男女平等原则和保护妇女合法权益的原则，符合中国的实际情况，因而，1992年4月3日颁布的《妇女权益保障法》和2001年4月28日修订的《婚姻法》均肯定了这一财产制度。但是，如果我们从女性的视角对夫妻共同财产的范围作一深度探究，就会发现在平等光环下的性别盲点。一、夫妻共同财产
