2、safetylawandotherlaws,regulationsandstandards,formulatetherules.SecondwaterinPeople'sRepublicofChina,territorialsea,contiguouszoneandexclusiveeconomiczoneandthecontinentalshelf,offshoreoilandotherseaareasunderthejurisdictionofPeople'sRepublicofChinawithin(includingnaturalgas,thesamebelow)ofpro
3、ductionsafetysupervisionandmanagementofminingactivities,theapplicationoftherule.Thirdoffshoreoiloperatorsandcontractorsisthemainresponsibilityforoffshoreoilproductionsafety,responsiblefortheworkofproductionsafety.ThefourthStateAdministrationofproductionsafetysupervisionandmanagementofMarinePet
4、roleumSafetyOffice(hereinafterreferredtoasCNOOCSafetyOffice)forthesupervisionandadministrationofthenationaloffshoreoilproductionsafetyworksafetyofficeinChina;CNOOCOffshoreOilCorporation,ChinaPetrochemicalCorp,ChinaPetroleumCorporationbranch(hereinafterreferredtoasCNOOCsafetyofficerelatedsegmen
5、t)areresponsibleforthesupervisionandmanagementoffshoreoilproductionsafetyChinaOffshoreOilCorporation,ChinaPetrochemicalCorp,Chinapetroleumcorporation.ThesecondchapterrecordsmanagementoffacilitiesSection1recordsmanagementofproductionfacilities,fifthoffshoreoilproductionfacilitiesshallbeputintot
6、rialproduction.Theoperatororcontractorshallbeinpreproduction45dailyproductionfacilityislocatedtheCNOOCsafetyofficerelatedsegmentfortherecord,andsubmitproductionfacilitiesproductionrecordapplication,seaoil(gas)pipelineforapplicationandthefollowingdatarecord:(1)thefinalinspectioncertificate(orin
7、teriminspectioncertificate)andinspectionreportofthecertificationandinspectioninstitutionontheproductionfacilities;(two)pilotproductionsafetymeasures;(three)dataregistrationformatconstructionstage;(four)thedesignreviewofthesafetyfaciliti
