1、高层建筑物沉降观测与预见性分析摘要为了保证高层建筑物的安全性和正常使用寿命，并为以后的勘察、设计、施工提供可靠的资料及相应的沉降参数，所以建筑物沉降监测的必要性和重要性就越来越明显了。按照规范要求，先在合适区域布置稳定的基准点，作为沉降观测的依据，每次观测之前对基准点进行联测检核，确保基准点绝对可靠，在基础形成之后设置多个沉降观测点，严格按照规范要求进行二等水准精密测量。形成闭合路线，最终确定各沉降观测点的沉降量，绘制出沉降曲线，得出沉降结论。本文分析了高层建筑物沉降观测技术的一些基本理论以及具体操作过程。并且对沉降观测成果进行了整理，
