1、毕业设计(论文)题目高速磁浮车辆车桥耦合机制研究摘要为了研究高速磁浮车辆的车桥耦合机制,利用刚柔耦合动力学建模技术,建立车桥耦合模型,分析了道梁挠度对磁浮关系稳定性的影响,悬浮框架自振条件及车桥耦合机制。不同车速下高速磁浮车的悬浮单元与道桥耦合仿真表明:高架道桥挠度摄动不会影响磁浮关系的稳定性,道桥挠度对磁浮关系的影响主要表现在悬浮气隙波动方式上,所以要对悬浮气隙进行均值调整;由于悬浮模块与悬浮框架的搭接结构,悬浮框架具有产生高频自振的力学条件。磁浮车辆的三级悬挂,即电磁悬挂、一系悬挂(橡胶悬挂)和二系悬挂(摇枕空簧)。针对磁浮车机械电磁耦合的特殊性,三系悬挂中电磁悬挂
2、和一系机械悬挂的固有频率应尽可能错开,避免引起轨道共振,同时为改善电磁悬挂系统线性程度,在主动悬挂控制器设计上应可能增大低频回路增益。另外,控制器的低频回路增益等参数情况影响车体垂向加速度振动幅值。不同车速范围内,气动脉冲频率的改变直接影响人体乘车舒适性。关键词:高速磁浮车辆车桥耦合机制道桥挠度悬浮框架ABSTRACTInordertoinvestigatethecouplingmechanismproblembetweenvehicleandbridgeofhigh-speedmaglevvehicle,vehicle-bridge-couplingsystemwas

5、iveguidingcontrol.Accordingtothejoining-constructionbetweenMaglevmodulesandlevitatingframes,thelevitatingframeshavethemechamics’conditionofhigh-frequencyself-excitedvibration.Maglevvehicle’sthree-stagesuspensionsareelectro-magneticsuspension,primarysuspension(rubber-suspennsion)andsecond
6、arysuspension(half-bolsterandairspring).Formechanicalandelectro-magneticcouplingspecialcharactersofmaglevvehicle,theinherentfrequenciesofelectro-magneticsuspensionandprimarysuspensioninthree-stagesuspensionsshouldkeepawayfromeachotherinordertoavoidtheguidewaybeam’sresonance.Andforimprovi
