4、ofthebeampumpingunit(BPU)arecyclicanddynamic,undersuchconditions,thestandardbeampumpingwell(BPW)testmethodcommonlyusedforenergyefficiencydetectionofbeampumpingmotors(BPM)hassomeshortcomings,suchasloadunicity,poorversatility,andBPWcannotsimulateavarietyofBPMl
5、oadcharacteristicsflexibly.Tosolvetheproblem,thepaperestablishedamathematicalmodelofbeampumpingsystem(BPS)andanalyzedtheinfluenceofmodelparametersonsimulationerror.Onthebase,atechnicalmeansbyadjustingthevalueofthecounterweightanddown-holefrictiontocompensate
6、formodelerrorwasproposed,andaoptimizationmethodbasedongeneticalgorithms(GA)wasusedtosolvetheabovemodelparameters.Furthermore,wedevelopedanindoorBPMtestplatform,inwhichtheenergyfeedbackloadschemeconsistsoftheservomotorandafour-quadrantconverterwasusedastheloa
7、d.VariousdynamicloadscanbesimulatedaccuratelybymodifyingthemodelparametersinthePC.ThroughcomparingwithfieldtestdataofstandardBPW,thesystemcananalogbeampumpingunit(BPU)dynamicloadcharacteristicsundernoload,lightloadandheavyload,andtherelativeerrorislowerthan2
