1、有色企业安全标准化拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评标准考评说明1．本标准适用于有色企业安全标准化拜尔法氧化铝生产单元等级考评。2．拜尔法氧化铝生产单元下设考评类目，考评类目下设考评项目，考评项目赋标准分，对照考评内容和考评办法，评出考评项目的实际得分。考评类目中不存在的考评项目不参加考评。考评类目的考评实际得分＝（所有参加考评项目实际得分之和）×（所有考评项目标准分之和÷所有参加考评项目标准分之和）。3．拜尔法氧化铝生产单元中不存在的考评类目不参加考评。拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评以100分为满分，拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评实际得分＝（所有参加考评类目的考评实际得分之和）×（

2、所有考评类目标准分之和÷所有参加考评类目标准分之和）。拜尔法氧化铝生产单元分为3个考评类目，26个考评项目，考评标准分为100分，按照附表1进行考评。4．有色企业安全标准化拜尔法氧化铝生产单元等级分为三级。拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评实际得分在90分以上的为有色企业安全标准化一级拜尔法氧化铝生产单元；拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评实际得分在80分以上、但不足90分的为有色企业安全标准化二级拜尔法氧化铝生产单元；拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评实际得分在70分以上、但不足80分的为有色企业安全标准化三级拜尔法氧化铝生产单元；拜尔法氧化铝生产单元考评实际得分在70分以下的为有色企业安
