2、文详细描述了污水处理过程监控系统的实现，利用WINCC组态软件虚拟仪器开发人机界面，用户可以在监控室对整个污水处理工艺流程进行直观的监控；现场的流量计、液位计和PH仪负责采集集水井、调节池和MUASB池的流量、液位和PH值，通过PROFIBUS-DP总线和RS-485总线实现工控机与智能仪表的通信连接，把采集到的数据送往智能仪表与PLC，同时各水池的水泵或电机将各自工作状态上传至下位机PLC；WINCC使用CP5611通讯卡通过PROFIBUS与西门子S7-300PLC连接。通过WINCC界面，用户可以使污水处理厂的操作实现简单易行、直观清晰。关键词：污水处理；WINCC；界面；PLC；I摘要
