3、hodandexposurelevel.Contactorfeedtheanimals,ortheintactskinislickedtoclassI.Bareskinisbite,minorscratches,bruisesornobleedingforⅡlevel.Morethansimplyorthemselvesabiteorscratchtheskin,ordamagedskinislicking,oropenwounds,mucousmembranepollutedⅢlevel.Article3theThedoctorattherabiespreven
4、tionandtreatmentclinicshallimmediatelycarryoutthewoundtreatmentaccordingtotheneedafterdeterminingtheexposurelevel;Thecorrespondingdisposalmeasuresshallbetakenafterinformingtheexposedpersonsoftheharmofrabiesandthemeasurestobetakenandinformedconsent.Article4shallbedeemedtobeanI-classexp
5、osedpersonwithoutanyneedfordisposal.Article5.JudgedⅡexposurelevel,shallbeimmediatelytreatedthewoundandvaccinatedagainstrabies.IdentifiedasgradeⅡexposureandaweakenedimmunesystem,orgradeⅡexposedintheheadandfaceinjuriesanimalscannotdeterminehealth,accordingtothelevelⅢexposuretreatment.Ar
6、ticle6todetermineⅢexposurelevel,shallbeimmediatelytreatedthewoundandinjectrabiespassiveimmunitypreparation,thentherabiesvaccine.Article7.Thewoundtreatmentincludesthoroughflushinganddisinfection.Theearlierthetreatment,thebetterthelocalwoundtreatment.Ifthewoundhasbeenscabbedorhealed,the
7、woundshouldnotbetreated.Ifthepainisintenseduringcleaningordisinfection,localanesthesiacanbegiven.Woundrinse:use20%ofsoapywater(orotherweakalkalinecleaner)andcertainpressureofflowingwatertorinsethoroughly,rinseandrinseallbitesandscratchforatleast15minutes.Thenwashthewoundwithsaline(orw
