1、内容提要我叫郭旭亮，是许昌市襄城县的一名大学生村干部，于2008年10月10日任职于库庄乡范窑村村主任助理。入村工作两个月以来，通过走访群众，开座谈会等方式了解村情,了解农村现状，倾听广大村民的迫切需求。本调研报包括一下方面内容：一．库庄乡范窑村的地理地貌二．库庄乡范窑村现阶段农业生产状况，村民主要收入来源，及在种植结构调整，农业生产过程中所遇到的一些问题；务工经济对农民生活的影响，务工者在提高务工收入和照顾子女等家庭方面问题。三．库庄乡范窑村在农村低保，农村合作医疗，义务教育等国家政策的落实情况，及群众满意度。四．农村基层组织建设。五．分析范窑村在建设社会主义新农村过程中的目
