1、毕业设计说明书螺杆空气压缩机班级：学号：姓名：软件学院学院：软件工程专业：郑军郭平英指导教师：2014年6月螺杆空气压缩机摘要随着煤矿现代化的发展、矿山设备不断更新、不断进步，可靠性、易操作性、可监视性、易维护性等已是最基本的要求，因此，应在了解螺杆式空气机机理与构造的基础上，合理的对空气压缩机进行调节，并寻求更加安全，靠的检测和控制新技术、新方法，不断提升煤矿的安全化水平。空气压缩机是煤矿井下掘进和锚喷直呼等作业的动力气源，螺杆空压机的主要工作方式为启动、停止、加载、卸载，其进气设置加载阀，通过加载电磁阀来控制入口阀门
2、的开关。空压机运行时，若排气压力低于设定目标压力的下限，则空压机控制器使加载电磁阀得电，将入口阀门打开，空压机处于满负荷加载状态；若排气压力高于设定目标压力的上限，则空压机控制器命令加载电磁阀失电，从而将入口阀门关闭，空压机处于无负荷卸载状态，此时空压机实际为空转运行。本论文根据查找资料掌握空气压缩机的相关基本知识，详述矿用螺杆式空气压缩机的特点，分析其加工工艺，对其性能进行测试分析，完成矿用螺杆式空气压缩机的相关及边缘常识，最后得出结论：螺杆空气压缩机具有优越而且可靠的性能，经济效益好，发展前景好，值得推广应用。关键字
