1、摘要随着电力电子技术及电力半导体器件的飞速发展,国外发达国家大量推广采用了逆变技术的电源,促进了逆变式电源的发展。作为更新换代的革命性电源,在可靠性和性价比以及高效节能方面,都有着广泛的市场和发展前景。相比于传统的电压型逆变电路,采用正弦脉冲调制(SPWM)的方法就可在把直流变成交流的同时,既能调压,又能调频。实际上PWM逆变电路的实质就是依靠调节脉冲宽度改变输出电压,通过改变调制周期达到改变输出频率的目的。针对现代各行各业对电气设备控制性能日益提高的要求,利用MATLAB仿真软件对采用SPWM脉宽调制技术的开环逆变系统和闭环逆变建模系统进行了仿真。证明了单相SPWM逆变电路,相比典
2、型电压型逆变电路,其输出没有静态误差,有良好的输出波形,输出电压的THD(电流谐波畸变率)小并且是稳定的系统,有很好的工作特性,并且证明了SPWM闭环逆变电路具有良好的输出特性。关键词逆变,SPWM,MATLAB,仿真AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthepowerelectronicandelectricalinstrumentofsemiconductor,thedevelopedcountryhavewidelydevelopedandadoptedtheelectricalsource,basedoninvertertechnology,wh

5、rthecontrollingperformanceoftheelectricalequipmentfromalltradesandprofessions.Andtheresearchisconductedtoexplorehowtosimulatetheclosed-loopandopen-loopinvertersystemapplyingSPWMtechnologybyusingMATLABsimulationsoftware.Itarguesthatsingle-phaseSPWMinversepowersources,comparedwiththetraditonalvol
