5、·········182、文明施工与环境保护措施·····························23附件:施工进度横道图27一、工程概况1.地质条件介绍需引孔区域位于原料场东侧及8#、7#、5#、4#转运站范围内,该区域土层下3~4米处存在3~4米厚的强风化、中风化玄武岩,PHC管无法打入需作引孔处理。该区域具体地质情况参武勘院提供的地质报告,这里不再做复述。2.工程范围极工程量本工程的基础采用Φ400、600管桩。冲孔引孔桩桩长约为7-9m,要求穿过玄武岩层,桩孔直径为Φ800,总共370根左右。3.本工程特点、重点(1)工程特点本工程施工内容为冲孔引孔桩。桩径小,土
6、部地质层泥浆自造力差,岩层较厚,数量较多,并且工期紧张。同时与其它施工队伍存在交叉作业。故事前需做好相互协调工作以确保按期完成该工作量。(2)工程重点因为上述特点,本工程的重点要放在工期保证上。为保证工期,应对可能影响施工进度的各种因素进行估计,制定相应的预防和处理措施;加强施工管理,确保因管理水平而影响施工进展的事情不发生;制定切实可行的工期保证措施。二、施工部署1.现场准备27(1)施工前应做好场地平整工作,对不利于施工机械运行的松散场地,采取垫层处理(碎砖块)。提早对放置泥浆池的位置进行初步开挖,为施工做好准备。(2)在工程开工前,技术负责人组织参加施工的人员对具体关键工序
7、、施工难点、质量要求、操作要点和注意事项进行详细的技术交底。(3)应具备施工区域内的工程地质资料、经会审确定的施工图纸、施工组织设计、各种原材料及其抽检试验报告以及有关资料。(4)根据设计图纸要求,准备不同的施工机械,并准备好各种备用的机械,并保证所有进场机械的性能必须满足成孔的设计要求。1.技术准备(1)根据甲方提供和经监理单位复核的永久性坐标基准点和高程,按照建筑施工总平面图要求引入高程,建立施工测量控制网。(2)按照设计图纸精确定位,进行施工现场控制网测量,建立本工程场区内
