2、生产油炸花生米、花生糕点、花生糖、花生奶、花生蛋白粉、作为大型花生榨油厂榨油生产的榨前预处理。要求脱壳率高(94%----98%),脱壳后的花生仁破碎率为2%----6%,表面不褐变,蛋白质不变性。脱壳的同时,壳、仁自动分离,生产效率产量1200kg/h---1800kg/h。设计内容及要求:1、花生脱壳机总体设计,满足生产效率及质量要求;2、设计并绘制脱壳机装配图A0一张3、设计并绘制脱壳机装配图四张以上零件图 A2三张A3一张4、设计说明书一份指导老师(签字):年月-32-日-32-目录诚信声明·········································
