1、华北电力大学本科毕业设计(论文)毕业设计论文变速箱箱体卧式双面铣削组合机床控制系统设计摘要本课题是根据已给出的参数,设计出某组合机床的液压系统,具体包括液压传动系统设计和电气控制系统设计。对于液压传动系统设计,要使系统完成“夹紧缸夹紧工作台快速接近工件工作台进给工作台后退夹紧缸松开原位停止”的工作循环。根据此要求,设计出液压回路,再根据参数,选择符合要求的液压元件,例如液压泵、液压阀、滤油器、行程开关等;对于非标准件液压缸,则要确定所有尺寸,选择合理结构形式,用AUTOCAD软件绘制出装配图;系统设计完成后
2、,要对系统进行性能验算,例如回路压力损失验算、油液温升验算等,以确定系统是否符合实际要求。对于电气控制系统设计,现在,由于PLC可靠性高、编程简单、使用方便、体积小、重量轻等优点,普遍采用PLC控制来代替继电器接触器控制,本系统也采用PLC控制。根据系统的输入输出性质、对相应功能、I/O点数、系统容量的要求,选择合适型号的PLC,PLC选定后,分配I/O点并绘制PLC外部接线图,确定输入输出信号与I/O点的对应关系,最后设计出程序,并修改,直至符合要求。关键词:液压传动;液压控制;PLCGEAR-BOXHO
