1、45钢热处理油冷过程分析摘要:45钢是中碳优质结构钢,Wc=0.45%,冷热加工性能都不错,机械性能较好,且价格低、来源广,所以应用广泛。常应用于小截面、中载荷的调质件,如主轴、曲轴、齿轮、连杆、链轮等,它的最大弱点是淬透性低,截面尺寸大和要求比较高的工件不宜采用[1]。对于性能要求高的零件,必须进行调质处理。而对45钢进行调质热处理,为了得到回火索氏体,而使其具有良好的综合力学性能。本文研究课题通过实验和软件模拟,包括对45钢热处理油淬以及对热处理前后45钢的力学性能测试并进行前后对比,同时与水淬进行比较,由
2、于工件在淬火过程中因内外温差会导致热应力和组织应力的产生,利用有限元ANSYS软件对45钢热处理油淬过程的温度场进行模拟,分析工件的各个部分在热处理油淬过程中的温度变化情况,为优化热处理工艺,使工件经热处理后获得优良的性能提供一定的依据。关键词:45钢,热处理,力学性能,温度场模拟IHeattreatmentof45steeloilcoolingprocessanalysisAbstract:45steeliscarboninthehigh-qualitysteel,Wc=0.45%,hotandcoldpro
