1、长江师范学院本科毕业论文•商业银行网上银行业务发展问题研究摘要随着科学技术的快速发展，特别是计算机互联网技术的突飞猛进，各家商业银行纷纷开办了网上银行业务。网上银行业务的开展，在为银行带来逐步上升的利润空间时，也给广大客户带来了便利。本文从商业银行网上银行业务入手，综合利用理论与实际相结合法、比较研究方法、文献法分析我国网上银行产生的背景、现状、原因以及遇到的问题，从而提出了相应的对策。文章分为五个部分，第一部分是概述，介绍了网上银行业务的界定、分类，还从网上银行的特征与优势、功能两方面阐述了网上银行业务对于整个银行的影响；第二部分主要讲述了国内外网上银行业务发展状况；第三部分分析了我
