1、JVAGREEMENTTEMPLATE1.0Purpose.ThepurposeoftheVentureshallbetobiduponRFP(RFPnumber)and,ifsuccessful,toenterintoandconsummatethatcertain(specifytypeofservices)servicesfor(department/agencyname)forthebaseperiodofthecontract,andoptions,totalingnotmorethan(number)monthsfromcontractawar

2、ddate.2.0ProjectManager.(Name)hasbeenselectedastheProjectManagerforthiscontractandisanemployeeof(8(a)participantfirm’sname).(He/she)shallberesponsibleforcontractperformance,overseeingthejob-site,reportingtoandimplementingtheinstructionsoftheManagingDirector,preparingadailywrittenl

3、ogdetailingalldevelopmentsandaspectsofthejob,andsubmittingsuchlogtotheManagingDirectorathisrequest.3.0Notlessthan51%ofthenetprofitsearnedbytheJointVenturewillbedistributedtothe8(a)participant(s).4.0BankAccounts.Theoperatingaccount(“OperatingAccount”)shallbeat(bankname)Bank.Theoper

4、atingcapitalaccountshallbeestablishedinthenameofthejointventure,(jointventure’sname).AllreceiptsoftheventureshallbedepositedintoitsOperatingAccount.AllchecksdrawnontheOperatingAccountwillrequiretwo(2)signatures,onefromeachjointventurer.Eachjointventurermaydesignatethepersonorperso
