1、摘要本工程为南京工程学院学生综合实验楼。采用框架结构,设计基准期50年,安全等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度。本工程占地面积约1370平方米,建筑面积约5980平方米。本建筑共五层,总高度21米,室内外高差为0.6米,女儿墙高0.6米。建筑采用L形,总长度为68.4米,总宽度为45.3米。女儿墙用钢筋混凝土砌筑,隔墙采用空心混凝土砌块砌筑。除正门为玻璃门外,其余均采用实木门,窗均采用塑钢窗。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30,一至五层柱子截面为450mm450mm,框架梁混凝土强度等级为C30,框架梁截面为25
2、0mm600mm。建筑地点地质条件良好,采用独立基础,基础埋深为1.8m,混凝土强度为C30。本设计以工程实例为研究对象,设计过程包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。设计严格遵守我国现行规范,计算中包括地震荷载计算,内力组合,框架梁设计,框架柱设计,基础设计,楼板设计,楼梯设计。关键词:框架结构;钢筋混凝土;内力计算;内力组合;配筋计算AbstractTheprojectisacomplexbuildingnamedComprehensiveexperimentbuildinginNanjingInstituteofTechnology.Ituse
