1、摘要本工程为南京工程学院学生综合实验楼。采用框架结构，设计基准期50年，安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。本工程占地面积约1370平方米，建筑面积约5980平方米。本建筑共五层，总高度21米，室内外高差为0.6米，女儿墙高0.6米。建筑采用L形，总长度为68.4米，总宽度为45.3米。女儿墙用钢筋混凝土砌筑，隔墙采用空心混凝土砌块砌筑。除正门为玻璃门外，其余均采用实木门，窗均采用塑钢窗。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30，一至五层柱子截面为450mm450mm,框架梁混凝土强度等级为C30，框架梁截面为25
