7、tprotection13Q/SYCQ2009-40前言本标准依照长庆油田公司“大油田管理、大规模建设”管理理念，全油田实施数字化生产管理的指导思想编制。为明确油田井场、增压点数字化工程建设的监理内容、工作程序，统一监理质量控制点、规范分部分项工程检查方法，特制定油田井场、数字化工程建设监理标准，以此为指导实施标准化监理。本标准按照《井场和增压点数字化模块建设要求》Q/SYCQ3356-2009，参照GB50319-2000《建设工程监理规范》、SY4205-2007《石油天然气建设工程施工质量验收规范自动化仪表工程》、GB-50303-2002《建筑电气工
