1、气溶胶盐疗在支气管哮喘治疗中的作用陈晓红阮琰陈智铨摘要：〔目的〕气溶胶盐疗（简称盐疗）是由一种古老的洞穴法发展而来的非药物疗法。我们通过观察气溶胶盐疗对一组支气管哮喘患者的治疗，探讨其在支气管哮喘治疗中的作用。〔方法〕选择明确诊断为支气管哮喘急性发作期的患者73例，随机分为盐疗组和对照组，其中盐疗组37例，年龄5-67岁，对照组36例，年龄5-65岁。对照组给予吸入普米克气雾剂和喘乐宁气雾剂，必要时给予口服甚至静脉用糖皮质激素和氨茶碱，盐疗组在此治疗基础上加气溶胶盐疗治疗，每日1小时，每20天为一疗程，起初连续做两

2、疗程，半年后巩固治疗一疗程。〔结果〕显示，两组在治疗l周始FEVI％、PEF即有显著提高（P均<0.01），盐疗组在各个时期均显著高于对照组（P

3、组较对照组减药时间早，减药速度快，停药早而复发少。〔结论〕气溶胶盐疗有消炎、灭菌、稀释痰液、廓清呼吸道、增加免疫细胞功能、提高机体抵抗力，重新调节体内激素水平，修复支气管粘膜等作用。对支气管哮喘患者有解痉、止喘、改善肺功能并长期维持、减轻症状、改善睡眠、维持正常活动水平、提高生活质量的作用，同时可以减少药物用量，缩短用药时间，减少副作用和复发，减轻患者经济负担，治疗中无任何不适反应、无毒副作用、顺应性强，患者、尤其是儿童患者容易接受有效率高，是一种值得推广的辅助疗法。ApplictionofInhahtherapy
