3、B),equippedwitheightsilica—gelcolumns,wasusedtoseparatephosphatidylcholine(PC)fromsoybeanphospholipids.TheeffectsofflowrateinSections2(Q2)and3(Q3),switchingtime,feedflowrateandfeedconcentrationontheoperatingperformanceparameters:purity,recovery,productivityanddesorbentconsumptionwerestudied.0per
4、atingconditionsleadingtomorethan90%pufftyinbothoutletstreamshavebeenidentified,togetherwiththoseachievingoptimalperformance.Regionsleadingtocompleteseparationareobservedandexplainedtheoretically.Asthemass-transfereffectwasnotconsidered.thetriangletheoryonlygivesinitialguessesfortheoptimaloperati
