2、cementingmaterials,incombinationwithPortlandcement,modifiestherateofheatevolutionduringtheearlystagesofhydrationinconcrete.Inthisinvestigation,concreteswerepreparedwithflyash,condensedsilicafumeandgroundgranulatedblastfurnaceslag,blendedwithPortlandcementinproportionsrangingfrom5%to80%.Thesec
3、oncretesweresubjectedtoheatofhydrationtestsunderadiabaticconditionsandtheresultswereusedtoassessandquantifytheeffectsofthesupplementarycementingmaterialsinalteringtheheatrateprofilesofconcrete.Thepaperalsoproposesasimplifiedmathematicalformoftheheatratecurveforblendedcementbindersinconcreteto
