3、Procedure,thejudiciaryandotheraspectsofcriminalprocedurehasalsobeenproposedtomodifytheproposal,therefore,howtofurtherprotectthejudiciaryaccurateandtimelypunishmentofcrime,protectionofcivilrightslitigationandotherlegitimaterightsandinterests,tobecomecurrentlegislat
