4、ardContractdocumentsandstandardBiddingdocumentsispointedout.InviewofCERN’sstatusasanintergovernmentalOrganization,theoriginalFIDICstandarddocumentsneededtobeadapted.Themodificationsareidentifiedandexplained.Aconcisedefinitionoftheroleofeachpartyconcernedbythe

5、LHCconstructionContracts,i.e.theContractor,theEngineerandtheClient(CERN),ismade.Finally,abriefcost-benefitanalysisonthisparticularlycontractdraftingexerciseispresentedalongwithsomepreliminaryconclusionsandanoutlineofforeseendifficultieswiththeContractmanageme
