1、淄博市张店区中埠大王煤矿收购可行性研究报告为了公司的长远发展，近日我公司对淄博市张店区中埠大王煤矿进行了考察，并搜集分析了部分资料，结合现场考察和分析资料，对收购并开发该煤矿的可行性进行论证。一、矿井基本情况：（一）、概况：淄博市张店区中埠大王煤矿现为集体企业，目前正在对该矿进行股份制改造，但还没有完成。煤矿行政区划属于张店区中埠镇，井田面积1.1755km2,矿井于1996年筹建，2003年山东第一地质矿产勘查院接管，并于当年4月份重新建设，一直没有生产。2007年12月进行技改，技改后设计生产能力12万吨/年，为立井（主井和风井）单水平开拓，中央
2、并列抽出式通风。目前该矿地面生产系统及基础设施已基本完备，井筒与井底车场等工程大部分完成，提升、通风、排水、供电等主要系统已经投入运行，现正在施工采区巷道。矿井还没有通过投产验收。（二）、交通情况：淄博市张店区中埠大王煤矿北距济青高速公路约0.7km，南距309国道约1.5km，距胶济铁路金岭站约2.1km，金岭铁矿铁路专用线从矿区穿过，交通十分便利。（三）、矿井资源状况：矿井保有资源储量259.4万吨，其中基础储量（122）58.4万吨（赋存在铁路以东），资源储量（332）190.7万吨（正常块段81.5characteristicsanddura
