1、埋弧自动焊焊接工艺参数对焊缝成型的影响摘要本文首先对埋弧焊各参数焊缝成形的影响进行了分析,发现焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度、焊丝直径及干伸长度、坡口及间隙的形状及尺寸、电流种类与极性等参数都影响埋弧自动焊焊缝成形,而主要因素为:焊接电流、焊接速度和坡口形状。本文通过长期积累埋弧自动焊焊接在生产过程中焊接熔深与焊接电流、焊接速度和坡口形状等参数间的关系的数据,在今后的生产过程中应该防止发生。关键字:埋弧自动焊;工艺参数;影响;确定及选择;211.目录1摘要···········································
