5、····⋯⋯5www.bzfxw.comOUT700-2004月9舌本标准的编写格式及表述规则按GB/T1.1-2000《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》的有关规定。本标准规定了摩托车和轻便摩托车汽油发动机气缸头的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则,以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于摩托车和轻便摩托车用四冲程发动机气缸头。本标准附录A为资料性附录。本标准由中国汽车工业协会提出。本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:贵州红林机械有限公司。本标准主要起草人:常剑锋、徐国勇。www
6、.bzfxw.comOUT700-2004摩托车和轻便摩托车气缸头通用技术条件范围本标准规定了摩托车和轻便摩托车汽油发动机(以下简称发动机)气缸头的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则,以及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于摩托车和轻便摩托车用四冲程发动机气缸头(以下简称气缸头)。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准。然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期

8、伤痕、锈蚀和变形等。3.1.3气缸头应清洁,不允许有金属屑、油污和其他异物粘附。3.1.4气缸头体应采用GB/T1173-1995中的ZL107或其他机械性能相当或更优的铝合金铸造,状态为固溶处理加完全人工时效;铸件类别按GB/T9438-1999中的I类铸件。3.1.5气缸头各紧固连接处在正常使用中不应松脱。3.2燃烧室密封性当发动机排气量小于或等于100mL时,燃烧室在0.3MPa气压(与本地大气压之差,下同)下应无泄漏;
