1、JOININGPROCEDUREParticipationinBSPVietnamisopentoallairlinesthatcomplyandadheretoIATArequirements:·Theairlineoperatesscheduledairservices·NotblacklistedbyanygovernmentregulatorforsafetyandsecurityreasonsItemDescriptionFormFormwithexplanation1Resolution850AttachmentCCounterIndemnityAgreement(allairli

2、nes-GLOBAL)mustbesignedbyairlineheadofficebeforeitsfirstBSPparticipationglobally.IfyourairlinealreadyparticipatedinaBSPelsewhere,thisagreementwasalreadysigned.2Resolution850AttachmentEFormofConcurrence(non-IATAAirlinesonly-GLOBAL)mustbesignedbynon-IATAairlineheadofficebeforeitsfirstBSPparticipationg

3、lobally.IfyourairlinealreadyparticipatedinaBSPelsewhere,thisagreementwasalreadysigned.3Reso850AttachmentDFormofApplication(non-IATAAirlinesonly–LOCAL)mustbesignedbynon-IATAairlineheadofficebeforeitsBSPparticipationinVietnam·Important:IfyourairlineisanactiveparticipantinanotherBSP,item1->4hasbeencomp

4、letedandcanbeskipped.4BSPjoiningletterBSPjoiningletter(usingattachedtemplate)mustbesenttoIATACountryManagerVietNam,Mr.DoNhuPhungstatingairline’sinteresttoparticipateinBSPVietnam,signedbyairline’sauthorizedsignatoryinVietnam.5JoiningFeesJoiningfeeforIATAairlineisUSD10,000plus10%VAT(Vietnamvalueaddedt

5、ax).Pleaseadviseyourpreferredpaymentmethod,wewillthensendinvoicetoyouforpaymentandVATinvoicewillbefollowed.Paymentmethod:1.AirlinepayslocallytoIATAVietnam:paymentmustbeinVNDequivalentamount.AirlinescanclaimVATfromlocaltaxauthority.OR2.Airline’sheadofficepaysviaICH(IATAClearingHousethroughSIN),wewill
