1、连接板的冲孔落料级进模的设计连接板的冲孔落料级进模的设计摘要本次模具毕业设计是在学习冲压工艺与模具设计理论课并经过生产实习后,进行的一个重要的实践设计环节。其目的是通过设计给定零的冲压工艺与模具设计,提高学生综合运用所学知识,解决工程实际问题的能力,为以后从事工程技术工作奠定基础。并培养求是、创新的科学态度和养成严肃、认真、细致的从事技术工作的优良作风。该模具毕业设计的题目是连接板冲孔落料级进模的毕业设计,课题的主要内容是通过对工件进行工艺分析、方案论证并填写冲压工艺卡,然后进行模具的总体设计,包括毛坯尺寸计算、模架和固定
