2、s:·Therestrictionsofschedulinginformation(SI)sentonE-RUCCHorE-PUCHincludingUPH(UserPowerHeadroom)andSNPL(ServingandNeighbourcellPathloss).·Systemschedulerrequirements.TakeROT-basedschedulerforexample,thefinalabsolutegrantpowerwillbedeterminedbyschedulertomaintainsystemROT.2)ThefinalE-TFCiss

3、electedbyUEaccordingtosomekindofinterpolationmethodwhichcanmakefulluseofavailablepowerresourceofUE.2.E-TFCselectionprocedureInTD-HSUPAsystem,schedulerwillgenerateabsolutegrantpowerwhichcanbedeterminedaccordingtoSI(SchedulingInformation)inE-RUCCHorE-PUCH(SIincludingUPHandSNPLinformation).Its

4、houldbenotethattheSNPLwillbeusedformaintainingtheinterferencetoothercellscontributingfromthisUEundercontrol.Thisprocedurewillnotbeelaboratedduetoitisrelevanttospecificschedulingalgorithm.Oncetheabsolutegrantpowerisdetermined,theschedulerwillsendAGcommandinE-AGCHtoUEtoinformUEthemaximumgrant

5、power.ThentheUEwillselectthefinalE-TFCbasedonthemaximumgrantpower.ThetransmitpoweroftheE-PUCHiscalculatedintheUEasfollows:where:·Pe-baseisaclosed-loopquantitymaintainedbytheUEandwhichisincrementedordecrementedbyavalueΔe-baseuponeachreceiptofaTPCcommandonE-AGCH.OnreceiptofaTPC“up”command,Pe-

6、baseisincrementedbyΔe-base.OnreceiptofaTPC“down”command,Pe-baseisdecrementedbyΔe-base.TheTPCstepsizeΔe-baseisconfiguredbyhigherlayers.·Lisapathlosstermderivedbyhigherlayersfrombeaconfunctionphysicalchannelmeasurements.Itmaycompriseaweightedsumoftheinstantaneous(LPCCPCH)andfiltered(L0)pathlo
