1、附件1中医医院皮肤科建设与管理指南（试行）（征求意见稿）一、总则　　第一条　为指导和加强中医医院皮肤科规范化建设和科学管理，突出中医特色，提高临床疗效，总结中医医院皮肤科建设与管理经验，参照有关法律法规，制定本指南。第二条　本指南旨在指导中医医院及其皮肤科管理者加强科室中医特色建设与管理，同时可作为中医药管理部门开展评价工作的参考和依据。　　第三条　二级以上中医医院皮肤科参照本指南建设和管理。　　第四条　中医医院皮肤科应当主要在中医理论指导下，应用药物和技术开展皮肤病诊疗工作，注重突出中医特色，充分发挥中医优势，继承创新和发展中医特色诊疗技术，不断提高诊疗水平。第
