1、吡氟草胺项目危险、有害因素分析摘要危险因素是指对人造成伤亡或对物造成突发性损坏的因素,从其产生的种类及形式来看,主要有火灾、爆炸、电气事故、物体打击、坠落伤害、机械伤害等。有害因素是指能影响人的身体健康、导致疾病或对物造成慢性损坏的因素,主要有生产性粉尘、毒物、腐蚀、噪声、辐射、高温、低温等。根据《企业职工伤亡事故分类标准》GB6441-86,从事故后果出发结合《生产过程危险和有害因素分类与代码》GB/T13861-92,对吡氟草胺生产过程进行危险、有害因素进行辩识分析。通过对吡氟草胺生产过程的了解,分析重氮化、水解、吡啶羧酸合成、
2、酰氯化、吡氟草胺合成等过程中存在火灾爆炸、触电、灼烫、中毒、噪声、机械伤害等危险因素。利用安全评价方法“危险和可操作性研究(HAZOP)”分析法,对生产装置进行“危险和可操作性研究(HAZOP)”分析,分析吡氟草胺重氮化、水解、吡啶羧酸合成、酰氯化、吡氟草胺合成过程中引起偏差、产生原因、可能引起的后果、采取的安全保护措施及建议采取的安全措施。关键词:危险有害因素安全评价方法对策措施IIAnalysisofbrominatedepoxyresinprojectrisk,andharmfulfactorsAbstractRiskfact
