1、做“忠诚干净担当”的组工干部——在“三严三实”和“忠诚干净担当”专题教育党课上的讲话同志们：党中央部署从今年4月底开始，在全国处级以上干部、领导班子当中进行“三严三实”专题教育，我市于今年1月已现行启动开展了“三严三实”和“忠诚干净但当”专题教育，这与中央精神是一致的，并且为下一步工作奠定了良好的基础。按照省委、新区党工委和市委专题教育工作安排，落实好县处级领导干部要联系安宁实际，联系党员、干部思想、工作、生活和作风实际，围绕讲清楚“三严三实”和“忠诚干净但当”的重大意义和丰富内涵，讲清楚“不严

2、不实”和“不忠诚不干净不但当”的具体表现和严重危害，讲清楚“三严三实”和“忠诚干净但当”的实践要求，在一定范围内讲一次高质量的专题党课的有关要求，我结合近期学习体会和工作思考，以“做‘忠诚干净担当’的组工干部为题，给同志们讲一次党课。下面，我讲三个方面的内容。一、深入学习，切实领会“忠诚干净担当”的丰富内涵。在2013年全国组织工作会议上，习近平总书记明确提出了“信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁”的好干部标准。同时，在不同场合，习近平总书记对不同战线、不同领域的好干部也提出过具体
