1、摘要题目浅谈物业管理中专项维修基金的管理问题摘要：随着住房制度改革的不断深化、时间的推移，房屋逐渐老化与维修费用的矛盾也越来越突出，越来越多的商品房公共部位、设施设备的维修问题逐渐显现出来，而此项工作的好坏会直接影响房地产业发展乃至影响社会安定，在物业管理实践中专项维修基金管理存在费用收缴难、使用难、挪用等问题，如何解决这些矛盾，保障物业售后共用部位、共用设施设备的正常使用，切实维护广大业主的共同利益，成为当前迫切需要研究的问题。本文就这些问题进行探讨并寻求解决方案，以期促进物业维修基金良性运转。房屋专项维修基金在我国是一个新生事物，全国各地都没有可借鉴的固定
