1、防火外墙外保温墙体材料试验研究摘要外墙外保温系统是保温隔热体系置于外墙外侧的保温系统,其在技术、经济、环境等各方面的优点较突出,适用范围广泛。玻化微珠保温砂浆具有优良的保温隔热性能和抗老化、耐候及防火性能,强度高粘结性能好,无空鼓、开裂现象,现场施工加水搅拌即可使用。本文对无机、有机防火材料进行系统分析,通过比试验设计,对防火指数、导热系数、强度等各项技术指标进行了研究,选取玻化微珠保温浆料。实验结果表明,随着玻化微珠的掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数降低,抗压强度增加,干密度增加;随着水泥掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数变化较小,
2、抗压强度增加,干密度先降低后增加;随着乳胶粉掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数先降低后增加,抗压强度先增加后降低,干密度减小;随着发泡剂掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数、抗压强度和干密度均减小。燃烧性能符合国家A级标准。玻化微珠保温浆料的最佳配比:玻化微珠160kg/m3,水泥150kg/m3,乳胶粉5kg/m3,发泡剂1.5kg/m3,水料比1.1。关键词外墙外保温玻化微珠导热系数抗压强度干密度燃烧性能35防火外墙外保温墙体材料试验研究AbstractExteriorinsulationsystemisthermalinsulati
