1、本科毕业论文题目:环境浓度微囊藻毒素-LR对水稻生态毒性效应研究学院:化学工程学院专业:环境工程班级:1002051学号:100205119学生姓名:王子康指导教师:陈荣平职称:讲师姜锦林职称:副研究员二零一四年五月二十日环境浓度微囊藻毒素-LR对水稻生态毒性效应研究摘要近年来,我国蓝藻水华暴发分布日趋广泛且严重,大量微囊藻毒素随着农业灌溉用水进入农田,目前对该过程中高等植物对蓝藻毒素的吸收及由此引发的多种毒性效应的机制尚未明确。本实验以水稻为研究对象,采用现代分析技术和分子生态毒理学方法,考察了微囊藻毒素对受试作物的毒性差异,研究了不同浓度微囊藻毒素对水稻生长发育的影响,检测指标包括:1
2、)植株营养学指标如株高、鲜重、根长;2)生理生化指标如过氧化物酶活性、谷胱甘肽含量、丙二醛含量;3)光合作用指标如净光合作用、叶绿素荧光、蒸腾速率等。主要研究结果表现为:微囊藻毒素浓度对株高、鲜重、跟长等在MC-LR浓度为0.1ug/L的时候有促进作用,紧接着1ug/L的浓度下就有了明显的抑制作用,浓度为50ug/L的抑制作用极显著;而微囊藻毒素对植株鲜重、丙二醛含量、叶绿素荧光和蒸腾速率则表现为抑制作用,且浓度越高,抑制作用越明显。该研究对阐明环境浓度微囊藻毒素-LR对陆生高等植物的生态毒性效应特点具有重要意义。关键词:微囊藻毒素;毒性机制;水稻;生理生态Environmentconce
