5、····················2425摘要针对皮带运输机的控制系统采用继电器控制,存在可靠性差,劳动强度大生产效率低得问题,开发一种基于PLC的皮带运输机的控制装置。本控制系统选用F1-40MR型PLC作为控制器。在硬件设计电路中完成PLC选型及外部低压电器的选用,设计了硬件接线图,提出来接线要求,使之具有控制和保护功能。在软件设计中,设计了程序流程图,并设计出梯形图程序。将硬件和软件有机的结合起来,是控制系统运行可靠,达到预期的设计目的。AbstractAccordingtothecontrolofthebeltconveyorsystemsuserelaycon
