1、基于ERP的集团财务管理系统研究南京理工大学硕士学位论文基于ERP的集团财务管理系统研究姓名：倪渐权申请学位级别：硕士专业：工业工程指导教师：薛恒新;陆宏平20061115摘要本文旨在为现代企业集团构建基于ERP的集团财务管理系统提供一些参考和理论支持，分别从财务管理软件的应用与发展、集团财务管理系统的构建和苏惠集团具体应用用友ERP／NC进行集团集中财务管理等三个方面进行了研究。在财务管理软件的应用与发展方面，研究了会计电算化和会计信息化的特点与异同点、财务软件计算结构的变化。提出了会计信息化系统是企业管

2、理信息系统的一个重要子系统，认为会计信息化是会计工作发展的必然趋势。提出了财务软件应向基于互联网B／S结构的网络财务管理系统发展。在集团财务管理系统的构建方面，研究了企业集团和集团财务管理特点、集团财务管理体制的类型。提出了建立以集权为主、分权为辅的集中财务管理体制是我国企业集团发展的内在要求。建立了ERP企业管理模型，提出了企业集团应该构建基于ERP的业务与财务协同的集团财务管理系统。在集团财务管理系统的具体应用方面，本文以苏惠集团成功应用用友ERP／NC财务管理系统为例进行研究。介绍了苏惠集团实施ERP
