1、___________________________________________________________________________________________薪酬激励制度在我国股份制商业银行的分析(上)【摘要】本文对我国股份制商业银行薪酬激励制度的现状、薪酬水平与股份制商业银行经营业绩的关联性、股份制商业银行薪酬水平的合理性进行分析探讨,提出了完善现有股份制商业银行薪酬激励制度的探索性建议。文章认为,我国股份制商业银行已初步建立了基础薪资加绩效薪资的薪酬激励机制;员工福利费是薪酬构成的重要部分,成为吸引人才的重要手段;银行高管层薪酬逐年大幅递增,且各银行间存在较大差距;
2、高管层薪酬与员工薪酬水平差距巨大,并呈扩大趋势。关联性分析表明股份制商业银行现有的薪酬激励制度与银行业绩相联系,但并不紧密。文章用校正后的薪酬利润率指标来评价银行人力资本使用效率和薪酬水平的合理性,从而针对股份制商业银行现有薪酬激励制度提出建议。关键词:股份制商业银行,薪酬激励,分析AbstractThepaperanalyzestheissuesoncompensationincentivesofcommercialbanksofChina,includesstatusquo,relationsbetweenemployeecompensationsandachievementsofbank
