1、摘要本设计的任务是5000t/d水泥熟料新型干法生产线水泥磨系统工艺设计。目前国内外所采用的水泥粉磨系统主要有三种:球磨机系统、立磨机系统和辊压机预粉磨系统。经综合分析比较本设计采用辊压机联合粉磨系统,其特点是辊压机自称系统,提高其循环量提高辊压效率,分选后的细粉粒度小而均匀更有利于磨机的配球,故粉磨效率高,辊压机吸收高达与系统磨机相等的能量,承担的粉磨工作量大大增加,节能效果得以提高。基于物料平衡计算和设备选型计算,选择了两台生产能力可以达到164.9t/h的合肥水泥设计院的高产高细水泥磨,以及HCF160-120辊压机
2、。本次设计主要内容有:1.物料平衡计算:采用凑配法,借助EXCEL编制程序经多次验算得出恰当的率值:KH=0.892、SM=2.085、IM=1.073。2.工艺流程选择。本设计选择辊压机配V型选粉机挤压联合粉磨系统开路粉磨工艺。3.生产车间工艺设计及主机设备选型:依据物料平衡计算的结果,借助经验公式并查阅表格得出合适的主机设备。4.附属设备选型:附属设备包括斗提、输送机、空气斜槽等设备。在设计过程中,查阅了很多资料、手册、网上文献乃去水泥厂参观考查实地设备,在设计中理论结合经验数据,但是由于本人能力及水平有限并且缺乏实际
