1、AGREEMENT协议THISAGREEMENT madeon1stDayofDecember,2010byandbetween,A,acorporationdulyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsofTheGovernmentofB,withofficeatC(hereinaftercalled“Buyer”),andDacorporationdulyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsofTheGovernmentof_E,havingitsplaceofbusinessatG(hereinaftercalle
2、d“Seller”)本协议于2010年十二月1日由根据B政府下的法律正式注册成立，并在C（以下简称“买方”）处设办公室的A公司和由根据E政府下的法律正式注册成立并经营G处（以下简称“卖方”）的D公司达成于双方之间。WITNESSETH公证WHEREAS,Buyerdesirestopurchase,andSelleriswillingtoselltoBuyer,theproductsorserviceswhicharesetforthinArticle2hereof(hereinaftercalledthe“Products”)uponthetermsandconditio

7、inancialinformation,orsketches,whetherconveyedascommunicationsordatainoral,written,graphic,orelectromagneticformorotherwise,andallotherinformationwhichmaybedisclosedbythedisclosingpartyortowhichthereceivingpartymaybeprovidedaccessbythedisclosingpartyorothersin
