1、高压软开关充电电源硬件设计摘要电源对于所有用电设备是必不可少的。开关电源取消了传统电源采用的笨重的工频变压器,使得电源的体积大大缩小。电源中的电力电子器件工作在开关状态,使整机效率很高。由于它具有体积小、重量轻和效率高的优点,因而发展非常迅速,应用范围日益扩大。本文简要介绍了开关电源的基本结构、工作原理以及其发展状况和技术的发展趋势,并对开关电源的分类和优缺点进行了阐述。本文还介绍了减小开关电源体积和开关损耗的技术——软开关技术。在前面知识的基础上,本论文利用谐振开关技术设计了一台给高压脉冲电容充电的高压软开关电源。在谐振开关技术
2、中最适合给脉冲电容充电的电路是串联谐振开关电路,输出近似为恒流源或称“等台阶充电”,突出的优点是充电效率高且电路本身具有短路保护能力。整个装置利用DSP实现电路的控制、PWM信号形成及电路的保护。由于采用了全数字的控制,充电的稳定度很高。装置的开关频率是20kHz,属于高频,因此使得每次开关所充的电量较小,这大大提高了充电的精度。关键词开关电源;软开关;充电-High-pressuredSoftSwitchChargePowerSourceHardwareDesignAbstractThepowersupplyisessentia
