3、fromtheprovisionsofthelivingconditionsofvoters)areeligibletobeelectedpresident.Fifththepresidenthastherighttovoteinparliamentaryelections,voterstodirectsecretballotelection,thepresidentgorgearoundpeopleatleastonethousandandfivehundredtothousandsofvotersformallynominatedd
4、olan.Ifmorethanonecandidateiselected,morethanhalfofthevotesarelegallyelectedpresident.Ifthereisonlyonecandidate,thecandidateiselectedpresident.Thespecificrulesonpresidentialcandidacyandelectionmeasuresareseparatelyprescribedbylaw.Thelawmakesprovisionfortheproportionofnom
5、ineesandvotersineachconstituency.Thesixthtermofthepresidencyisfouryears,endinginAugust1stoftheyearandendinginJuly31stafterfouryears.TheelectionofthenewpresidentshouldbeheldinJuneandJulyoftheyearwhenthepresident'stermexpires.Seventh,ifthepresidentdiesorresignsbeforehister
6、mexpires,thenewpresidentshouldbeelected.ThenewpresidentisinofficeuntilJuly31st,fourthyearsaftertheelection.Theeighthpresidentialvacancy,orduetoillnessorotherreasons,temporarilyunabletoserve,bytheprimeminister,speakerofParliamentoftheUnitedhospitalandchiefjusticeoftheSupr
7、emeCourtjointlytookthepresident,thejointmeetingchairedbythespeakerofthehouse,disagreements,themajorityopinionprevail.TheninthpresidentshallnotserveasamemberofParliament,andshallnotacceptpaymentfromanypublicorprivateenterpriserelations.Theallowancepaidtothepresidentorthep
