1、辽宁市现代服务业集群化建设研析,区域经济学论文辽宁现代服务业集群化进程研究结论与参考文献　　摘要　　　　随着经济的发展以及当下现代服务业集群化发展的凸显，东北老工业基地的振兴和辽宁省产业结构的升级转变离不开其服务业的现代化改进。而集群化发展是发达国家以及国内发达地区现代服务业发展的总体趋势，因此，加快辽宁现代服务业集群化进程，合理引导其良性发展，推进集群化的发展态势具有一定的意义。　　　　本文以辽宁现代服务业集群化发展为研究对象，主要采用的是定性与定量相结合的研究方法。首先，查阅国内外研究成果，探讨本文研究的机理；其次，论述相关内涵以及现状，在综合分析之后提出

2、存在的一系列问题；再次，全文在以上理论讨论的基础上，选取辽宁省14个地区2004-2013年十年的数据，通过因子分析、集中系数、层次分析方法，从集群视角做进一步的综合评价。分析表明：　　　　（1）辽宁现代服务业集群式发展并不明显；（2）14个地区之间的发展差距很大；（3）现代服务业对该地区总体的经济实力有很强的要求；最后，本文分别从政府和市场协调作用、加强基础设施建设、注重重点行业和龙头企业发展、发挥科技创新与人才作用等方面提出了建设性意见。通过这些对策和建议拟解决阻碍辽宁现代服务业集群化发展的产业结构和区域结构问题，希望能够在充分发挥集群作用的基础上，促进辽
